What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Technician position at Refocus Data LLC?
Refocus Data LLC is seeking to fill a new position as a customer support technician. This help desk and system administrator position will be responsible for system monitoring, device and user management, and other system administration tasks as assigned. The position is located at a Refocus Data client site in Downtown Bangor. All required equipment will be included. This will be a 40-hour salaried position (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) with PTO provided as needed and approved.
The position will be open until filled by the first qualified candidate. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated self-learner. An associate degree or higher is preferred but not required. The ability to learn and adapt is the most essential qualification for this position. Limited travel will be required and is reimbursed at the current IRS millage rates; a driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Salary will be competitive and depend on the candidate's knowledge and experience.
