What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator /Social Media Manager position at Reform Chiropractic?
Reform Family Chiropractic is currently looking to add a team member! We are a faith-based, mission-focused office that is centered on foundational health principles. We focus serving children, pregnant women, and full families. We are helping families walking through ADHD/ADD/SPD. Our office is seeking an individual to be a part of our dynamic team. Reform Chiropractic is located in McKinney, Texas.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, Hyper organized and thrives in a growth environment. Someone who loves serving and loving others, is open-minded, and is eager to learn new information.
Our desire is to impact the health of the greater Collin County area through neurologically-based chiropractic care. This position will challenge you to grow not only professionally but personally as we are always striving to improve ourselves and how we care for others.
Our atmosphere is positive, family and goal oriented, focusing on loving people through their health challenges as they heal and maintain health.
We are looking for a Part time individual who seeks a position of longevity.
Full Time-30 to 40 hours per week
Base Pay 20-25.00 per Hour with a 90 day trial period.
Requirements of the position
Excellent customer service (people) skills- Must be outgoing and willing to communicate.
Hyper Organized and List Driven with a love for calendar management
Be prepared for constant client interaction- greeting, educating on neurologically-based chiropractic care, performing consultations and education, assessments, giving office tours, etc.
Able to talk about money and set up care plans that meet the needs of our members.
*Must have the ability to create and mange ads and campaigns for social media and have understanding of marketing with a focus on creating new Patients.
Able Manage Social Media Platforms and to use Canva, CapKut, High Level and (Meta,IG,Youtube) to create and manage content weekly.
Must have a great work ethic and willing to work with others
Will be required to learn office procedures, verbiage and communication
Must be comfortable communicating over the phone
Must be 21 and have own transportation to and from work
Must have Intermediate knowledge and comfort with computers and technology and ability to manage spread sheets.
Must enjoy children (our office serves a large number of children and full families)
Must be flexible with hours - occasional later evening for events we host.
Hours : Monday -Thursday 8:00-6:00 and Friday 8:00-12:00
Must be reliable with work schedule (not excessively requesting off, late to shift, etc.)
Must have a passion for health and healing in the community
