What You'll Do
- Lead dynamic group and one-on-one Reformer sessions with a focus on safety, alignment, and empowerment
- Design thoughtful, personalized programs that reflect client goals and your knowledge of body mechanics
- Offer clear, encouraging instruction and modifications for all levels — from first-timers to seasoned movers
- Track client progress and provide meaningful feedback to help them grow
- Keep the studio space clean, organized, and ready for magic
- Build genuine connections that foster community and elevate the client experience
- Stay curious and current — always learning, evolving, and bringing fresh energy to your teaching
What You Bring
- A solid foundation in anatomy and movement, with a deep understanding of the Pilates method
- Experience in small group or private fitness instruction
- A warm, confident teaching presence and the ability to create an inclusive space for all bodies
- Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
- A recognized Pilates certification is preferred — but we welcome experienced, passionate instructors who are on the path
