PRINCIPLE FUNCTION : The Music Minister shall be responsible to the church under the immediate supervision of the Senior Pastor for the comprehensive music ministry of the church.
I. MUSIC MINISTRY
- Direct the planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating of a comprehensive music program.
- Supervise all volunteer and employed workers in the music areas.
- Equip and empower staff and volunteers for music ministries throughout the church.
- Select and order choral and instrumental music for all choirs.
- Facilitate the upkeep of the church music library, materials, and supplies.
- Supervise the use and care of all instruments and church audio-visual equipment.
