Refractions is seeking a qualified candidate to fill our part-time Mental Health Practitioner position The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals who suffer from various mental health disorders, including psychoses cognitive impairments, and or addiction. This position is overnight awake. Hours are 12:30 am to 9:00 am. The rate of pay will be based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Confer with patients to understand their needs and monitor progress; Relay information to case managers.
- Attend the mandatory weekly meetings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a mental health setting.
- Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and interventions is helpful.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.75 - $24.00 per hour
