Essential Functions:
- Assist in the safe, efficient and responsible operation of Refresco in its mission to produce safe and legal products.
- Report problems with the FSMS to responsible managerial employees to initiate corrective actions
- Sanitize all batching tanks.
- Pre-stage batches accurately and timely.
- Batch all products with little assistance.
- Make batch corrections as needed.
- Unload sugar trucks and assist with alcohol deliveries
- Special cleaning duties.
- Cycle count inventory as needed. Perform end-of-month and year-end inventory.
Qualifications:
- Able to read, write and speak English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and an attitude to excel are a must.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to operate machinery
- Must possess mechanical ability.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs routinely.
- Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights not exceeding 10 feet.
- Must be able to stand during entire shift.
- Must be able to withstand temperatures below 40 degrees F and above 95 degrees F.
- Must be able bend/stoop frequently.
