Summary:

The FP&A Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of the organization. This individual will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, with a strong emphasis on integrating systems, machine learning, and advanced analytics to drive business insights and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of FP&A experience, coupled with a solid background in computer science, or programming (or at a minimum, experience managing key individuals with this background). This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights and ensure the company’s financial health and long-term growth.

Essential Functions:

• Lead the FP&A team in developing, implementing, and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets that align with company goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
• Develop and integrate AI and advanced analytics into financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee the development and implementation of automated financial reporting tools and dashboards that streamline reporting processes and improve data visibility.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, leveraging AI and machine learning where applicable.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, utilizing cutting-edge technology and best practices to optimize financial outcomes.
• Lead the Strategic investment process with leaders across the organization to get alignment on how to invest in company assets.
• Utilize pro-forma model of business combinations, divestitures, and other projects.
• Support transformative initiatives like ERP implementations
• Provide mentorship and guidance to FP&A team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business planning, delivering financial insights that drive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of financial integrity and control.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong technical competence in AI, computer science, or programming, with experience in applying these skills to financial processes.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Experience with financial software and tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the beverage manufacturing sector, with knowledge of sector-specific financial trends and dynamics.
• Knowledge of SAP and business intelligence tools (i.e. Business Warehouse, PowerBI, Power Automate).
• Experience implementing machine learning techniques and their application in financial analysis and reporting.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in FP&A, with a proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with financial software and tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.

Travel Requirements:

• Based in Tampa, FL, at our Corporate Office with some travel requirements.
