We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial properties to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Execute custodial duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain floors through buffing and other floor care techniques to enhance appearance and longevity.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall property upkeep.
- Carry out porter duties by managing waste disposal and maintaining outdoor areas.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain an organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Skills in residential painting or other maintenance tasks are advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
