We seek Independent Licensed Therapists (LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, or LISW-S) for full-time or part-time positions at our E. Broad Street location.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
- Full-time, part-time, and hybrid models are available
- Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision)

- Collaboration with some of the brightest minds in mental health
- Must have an active LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, or LISW-S licensure
- Can facilitate group counseling services for autistic children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Direct client care of 26 clients per week
- Experience working with a diverse population
- Experience providing couple's therapy
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Understand and embody the spirit of diversity and inclusion
- Excellent clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
