Clinicians have the option of onsite and hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Independent Mental Health License in New Jersey
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians can build rapport with clients quickly.
- Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience with children or adolescents.
- Experience with couples or family counseling.
- Experience with health psychology.
- Above market, W-2 compensation
- Health/Dental/Vision/401k with employer contribution & additional elective insurance
