We seek licensed mental health therapists - LCPC, LCSW, LMFT for positions in our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma locations.
Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.

Advanced Therapy Associates (ATA) is a premier mental health organization with 3 locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Shawnee. ATA provides counseling along with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers such as nutritionists, occupational therapists, special education teachers, etc. What makes ATA different is that it was initially established in 2008 to create a collaborative team approach to behavioral health services for children with their pediatricians. The success of this model has grown into a team-centered approach to addressing behavioral and mental health for children, adolescents, and their families through school, childcare, and medical office referrals. Finally, ATA takes pride in the fact that they can hire candidates who are working towards licensure and develop them into well-rounded clinicians.

Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $80,000 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Independent mental health license in Oklahoma
- Working towards licensure (Must be a candidate)
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
- Competent with a wide range of clinical requisitions
- Experience with children or adolescents
- Experience with couples or family counseling
- Experience with health psychology
- Strong rates to maximize your income
