We seek a Trauma-Focused Therapist to join our Chapel Hill, NC team.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Our centers are comprised of somatically informed practitioners who offer services of counseling, consulting, training, and collaboration with integrative medical practitioners for your success. Our mission is to be continually expanding the reach of this work. Our philosophy is to create an environment wherein clinicians can practice with minimal managed care red tape, burdensome paperwork, and systemic hassles. Our efficient processes, talented administrative staff, and electronic medical records system allow clinicians to focus on their client’s health and well-being.

Requirements:
- Obtains an LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT for practice in North Carolina
- Can commute to the location in person with the possibility of hybrid
- At least one year of experience providing individual direct therapy in a clinical outpatient setting
- Experience with Psychobiological, Somatic, Body-Based, or Trauma-Focused approaches
- Outpatient practice where work-life balance is made a priority

- EMDR-certified or experienced
