Key Responsibilities:
- Professional Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring a polished and welcoming patient experience.
- Email Proficiency: Send and respond to professional emails efficiently and accurately.
- Appointment Management: Schedule patient visits, maintain calendars, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Patient Experience: Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Collect patient information, process payments, and assist with medical billing.
- Medical Records & Confidentiality: Manage records with precision and adhere to HIPAA compliance.
- Multitasking & Organization: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Referral Coordination: Facilitate patient referrals to other healthcare providers when necessary.
- Office Upkeep: Keep the reception and patient areas clean and well-organized.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in professional email communication and phone etiquette.
- Previous experience in a medical/aesthetic setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with medical billing and health information management systems.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
- A friendly, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
