Refresh, a leader in apartment turnover services, is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to manage our financial records with precision and proactive insight. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between $55,000 and $65,000, based on experience, and is located at our vibrant Akron, Ohio headquarters.

Role Overview: As a key member of our financial team, you will:

• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile books for multiple entities
• Process payments, manage receivables, and execute payroll
• Collaborate with our CPA during tax season and support annual audits
• Perform financial research and analysis as directed by the CEO
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Certified in QuickBooks Online; proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
