Refreshing Spaces, LLC is seeking hardworking and reliable house cleaners.

We know the world is changing and we are a family first business! We will allow each cleaner to set up and work around their personal schedule.

We offer our cleaners a new way to work—with direct integration and access to our Job Management Portal to set your hours and availability, plus see earnings, tips, etc.—all in our unique mobile app. And, at Refreshing Spaces, we empower you to specify the hours you want to work and the distance you're willing to travel!

We provide you with a friendly support team who will set up your appointments and get you booked out according to the schedule you have set up for yourself.

Any customer service issues we deal with to save you that time and let you focus on your work.

We also take care of handling/collecting all payments for completed jobs so all you have to do is focus on a checklist of work per client.

Refreshing Spaces LLC is locally owned and operated by a family out of Katy, TX.

We do have a few non-negotiable qualifications you'll need to meet to be considered for an interview—and a job—with Refreshing Spaces.

What we are looking for:

• A driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• At least one year's experience in customer service AND as a house cleaner, housekeeper, or in commercial cleaning.
• The ability to pass a background check.
• A reputation for reliability, consistency, and excellence. In short, you do what you say you'll do when you say you'll do it and you do it very well.
• A willingness to learn and be coached. We don't expect our team members to get everything right every time, but we do expect them to have a growth mindset and to learn from mistakes.
• If your resume does not include prior housecleaning, housekeeping, or residential/commercial cleaning experience, we will not contact you for an interview.
