Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Installation Coordinator to join our team at Refrigerated Solutions Gr.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing foodservice and scientific equipment installation projects, including selecting and recommending installation service companies, negotiating agreements, evaluating contractor performance, and preparing quotations.
This is a customer-facing position that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations for installation projects by gathering project-specific information, identifying suitable installers, and defining pricing parameters.
- Act as a liaison between customers, installation contractors, sales and service departments, and other stakeholders involved in projects.
- Communicate with service companies concerning scheduling, equipment issues, and other deliverables.
- Oversee installation projects by maintaining contact with involved parties remotely or traveling to job sites as needed.
- Ensure installations occur on time, meet specific customer expectations, and adhere to company quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of experience in customer service and accountability for delivering refrigeration/HVAC equipment installation or repair services.
- Knowledge of refrigeration system operation and installation.
- Knowledge of walk-in refrigeration product families and their characteristics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits
