Refrigeration / RSCS, a comprehensive Commercial and Industrial
Refrigeration Construction and Service company with operations
across 10 states and over 25 years in the business, is currently
seeking Low-Temperature Refrigeration Service Technicians. MRC /
RSCS is dedicated to fostering a strong team environment and is
looking for technicians who are collaborative, take pleasure in
working on diverse low-temperature refrigeration and HVAC-R

ecosystem.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
This position is not for entry-level
applicants. Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience as
an Ammonia Service Technician, including proficiency in
replacing mechanical seals on pumps and compressors,
conducting motor alignments, and possessing a thorough
understanding of electricity and controls. Applicants should
have experience with various brands of equipment and control
systems, and must have an industrial-level understanding of
ammonia refrigeration, beyond residential or commercial experience.
The ideal candidate will have a background in
commercial and industrial refrigeration. This role demands
an individual who possesses the knowledge, skillset, and
tools necessary to independently troubleshoot and repair
equipment in any client's facility, particularly when
facility operators are unable to do so, and who is adept at
the start-up of ammonia refrigeration systems.
Candidates must also be reliable, proactive,
self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, willing to
travel, and available for on-call duties in rotation. A
clean driving record is essential.History of DUI need not apply.
