Must have leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC. Ability to be on feet and to lift up to 50lbs
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analytics of maintenance activities, team performance, and vendor performance
- Oversee capital expenditure projects related to building enhancements and process improvement
- Support the growth of the distribution network by leveraging knowledge and expertise of maintenance equipment, tools, and procedures
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of all DC equipment and facility related items, obtaining assistance from outside resources as necessary
- Ensure that staffing levels are adequate for maintenance demands; adhere to company policies, safety standards, work guidelines and good housekeeping
- Identify opportunities for flow and material handling equipment improvement
- Utilize preventive maintenance schedule
- Obtain quotes as requested for capital expenditures related to building and equipment
- Effectively collaborate and communicate up-to-date information on business plans and priorities with internal and external business partners
- Collaboration & Leadership (40%)
- Act as trusted partner to operations leadership team.
- Thought leader in regard to processes, MHE, and DC systems.
- Manage special projects and material handling enhancements with maintenance staff
- Customer Focus: Proactively seek opportunities to leverage data and fact-based insights to serve customers and/or internal clients.
Requirements:
- High School diploma, or GED,
- Facilities Management courses or further training 5yrs on the job experience.

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
