What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Store Manager position at Refuel Pantry?
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. A successful Assistant Manager must have experience and demonstrated ability to lead and manage a business as well as their teams. This Convenience store management role requires a strong leader that can motivate, coach and correct team members as necessary. Effective time management, organizational and communication skills are also essential. Help with schedules, ordering supplies, covering shifts, daily books. This assistant will report to the store manager/Director of operation on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store under the care of the manager.
- Train and manage staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stocked.
- Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
- Develop promotional campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any complaints or issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
