Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of real estate properties, ensuring adherence to company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
- Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely responses to tenant requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with real estate law.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records related to property management activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing strategies for available properties.
- Provide administrative support including budgeting, reporting, and documentation management.
- Train and supervise staff as needed to ensure effective property management practices.
Skills
