The Director of Clinical and Intake Operations for Refuge House is a crucial leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing all clinical and intake functions within the organization. This position requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in child welfare, clinical services, and program management.
Responsibilities
Clinical Operations
- Oversee and manage all clinical functions, including assessment, service planning and service delivery for children and families in foster care and adoption programs.
- Ensure the implementation of trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions and assessment models for children and families.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure quality services for children, families and accountability for staff
- Provide clinical supervision and support to mental health clinicians, psychiatric providers, and other allied health professionals.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all licensing, contracting, and internal policy requirements
