Summary
We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations at Refuge Services Group Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for managing branch activities, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and leading a team of security professionals. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our commitment to excellence and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, staff performance, and client satisfaction within the assigned region.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence.
- Recruit, train, and manage security personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal security regulations.
- Conduct site visits, audits, and performance reviews to maintain operational excellence.
- Report directly to the executive leadership team and provide regular updates on regional performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in security services management, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Business development and client relationship management experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of security industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel within the assigned region as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the security industry or a similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, criminal justice, or a related discipline (preferred but not required).
- Valid security industry certifications and licenses as required by the state.
- Clean background check and valid driver’s license.
