At Regal Automotive we're dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers.
We're seeking a Honda/Acura/GM Warranty Administrator experienced preferred.
The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for processing claims and maintaining accurate records to support our commitment to customer satisfaction. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless warranty process.
Responsibilities:
- Review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify compliance as required by the dealer and manufacturer
- Close claims as required by dealer
- Remain current on all factory recalls and announcements
- Reconcile all warranty receivables, warranty schedules, and work with the dealership accounting department to obtain payments
- Maintain records as required by the dealer and manufacturer
- Complete relevant Manufacturer Certification Requirements as needed
