What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman/Landscaper position at Regal Boy?
In no particular order:
1. Plant and care for plants, bushes and trees not the responsibility of the Home Owners Association
2,. Set up and maintain a vegetable garden a vegetable garden.
3. Assemble and move furniture as needed. (Immediate need for this)
4. Secure outdoor furniture in case of inclement weather
5. Secure window and doors with protective wooden boards in case of a hurricane or the like.
6. Be available to handle emergencies when I am not home (generally not home about 5 days per month
6. Be available to take deleiveries when I am not home
7. Change filters. light bulbs etc.
8. Make minor repairs, handle minor painting.
9, Handle all aspects of a Spa (chemicals, cleaning)
10. Move items in and out of the attic and off premises storge units (immediate need for this)
11. Handle miscellaneous other small jobs, as needed, to maintain the habitability of the home.
You MUST have cell phone and car and live relatively close and be reliable and trustworthy
