What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential House Cleaner, Organizer etc.. position at Regal Boy?
I am in the process of completing a move to Myrtle Beach (zip code 29572).
Except in the beginning, I anticipate I will need you about every two weeks or so.
I am looking for either 2 people who can work together and complement one another, or one person if that person meet all my needs.
In the beginning , I am going to need a substantial additional block of time because there will be significant work to unpack, organize, straighten out, clean, file, set up, etc., and I would want this work to be completed ASAP. It may even require a both people to work together.
For this beginning work, I would need to be present to explain exactly what needs to be done. I am generally around to do that, but I do need to travel out of town once (maybe twice) for a few days every month.
I am looking for someone who is flexible in their availability, as well as what they are willing to do, including tasks that may not be traditional house cleaner tasks, because I never know what needs might arise for me.
It will require occasional local travel to a store, etc.
I am looking for a motivated, yet easygoing person, who can go with the flow, works efficiently, and most importantly has common sense.
You should be able to show up when and at the time you say. I say this because many people think it is acceptable to you they are coming and then cancelling, even at the last minute. I would generally prefer you to work when I am in the home, so when you cancel, it disrupts m entire days plans
I have a 10 lb., 11-year-old dog, who is very sweet.
I would need to know what your general weekly availability is, and if there is anything that might change that availability, because I would want someone who has some flexibility in when they could work and I am looking for someone long term.
You MUST have a car and a cell phone and you should live relatively close to me (say within 5 miles)
Multiple references are a must.

The job pays an hourly rate, and I have listed a range, so you should tell me what rate is acceptable to you. You will be paid by check approximately every two weeks.
