What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent position at Regal Construction?
Regal is seeking a passionate, experienced constructor with a keen eye for quality and a focus on safety to join our team. A Regal Superintendent will lead highly successful projects from the jobsite and in partnership with our project management team. Our Superintendents are responsible for coordinating the work of our trade partners, management of our QA/QC & safety programs, execution of the project schedule, and all jobsite operations to achieve high performance standards. Candidates should be strong collaborators, adept problem solvers, outside the box thinkers, diligent plan readers, and “doers” who enjoy getting their hands dirty in the process. Candidates should be prepared to work in partnership with fantastic clients and quality trade partners on exciting private sector, design-build and design-assist projects.
Education Qualifications:
Minimum: High School Diploma
Preferred: BS in Construction Management or construction-related Technical Degree
Experience Qualifications:
Minimum: 8 years of commercial construction experience on projects valued at $10 million or greater with at least 3 of those years as the lead Superintendent, OSHA certifications, proficient operation of light equipment. Must be experienced with vertical cast in place concrete.
Preferred: 5 years as a Superintendent, experience in pre-engineered buildings and heavy foundations, proficient operation of heavy equipment, working knowledge of Procore software
