ABOUT THE ROLE :
We believe that ten years from now, 90% of businesses interactions with customers will be handled by autonomous AI Agents. And in a time of such drastic change, generalists with a technical background, diverse training, and a lot of mentorship will play a key role in accelerating the adoption of AI Agents in the world.
As General Manager of our AI Agents product line, you will be the driving force behind Regal's expansion into autonomous AI Agents. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the leadership team, you will own the P&L for this product line, build a team, and play a critical role in shaping Regal's overall strategy. This is a unique opportunity to deliver innovative AI solutions and achieve aggressive growth targets.

200,000 - $250,000 a year
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role is provided as a range within this job description. All offers include a competitive equity package and some offers may additionally include a variable compensation component. Actual compensation is determined on an individualized basis taking into consideration factors such as the candidate's skills, location, qualifications, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition, Regal.ai offers a comprehensive set of employee benefits which are listed above. Details about the compensation package will be finalized at the time of offer.
POSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS :
This position is only available in New York City (HQ- NoMad). Hybrid roles are required in office T / W / TH and office optional M / F. Covid vaccination policy in place.
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
