ABOUT THE ROLE :
As Regal's Marketing Graphic Designer (part-time, 16-20hr / week), you will bring creative vision and exceptional design skills to life, shaping how our brand connects with audiences. Based in our NYC office two days a week, you will be key in creating high-quality, on-brand visuals that elevate our marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to work on various projects, from digital ads and landing pages to ebooks and slide decks, all while helping evolve and refine Regal's visual identity.
You'll own and enhance our brand by working within Regal's visual brand guidelines and pushing the boundaries to deliver impactful designs. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, produce high-quality work on tight deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback will make you successful in the graphic design position. Additionally, your strong suit is an ability to adapt and prioritize effectively by efficiently managing competing demands and balancing input from multiple stakeholders while meeting project goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Design Execution :
Create compelling visuals across various formats, including social media graphics, ads and campaigns, digital ads and banners, marketing collateral like ebooks and whitepapers, landing pages and web assets, and sales enablement materials such as slide decks and one-pagers. All while ensuring these deliverables meet brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.Brand Development :
Collaborate with our VP Marketing to evolve Regal's visual identity and design system. Provide fresh ideas to enhance the brand and differentiate Regal in the market.Collaboration & Feedback :
Work closely with marketing, sales, and executive teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results. Iterate designs quickly based on input from multiple stakeholders.Project Management :
Effectively manage expectations and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines. Communicate progress clearly and proactively flag potential roadblocks.ABOUT YOU :
3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within B2B SaaS or a fast-growth environmentSkilled in designing across various mediums, from digital ads to print materials, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse workExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and Google SlidesFamiliarity with web design and tools like Webflow or similar platforms is a plusAbility to follow and enhance brand guidelines while bringing creative flair to every projectStrong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skillsExperience taking feedback constructively and working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
NYC-Based : You must be available to work from our NYC office twice a week
60 - $75 an hour
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role is provided as a range within this job description. Actual compensation is determined on an individualized basis taking into consideration factors such as the candidate's skills, location, qualifications, experience, and relevant education or training. Details about the compensation package will be finalized at the time of offer.
POSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS :
This position is only available in New York City (HQ- NoMad). Hybrid roles are required in office T / W / TH and office optional M / F. Covid vaccination policy in place.
Salary : $60 - $75
