- Develop and implement E- Commerce assets to maximize online sales strategies, including marketing campaigns, to increase visibility and conversion rates.
- Prepare and complete deliverables in a satisfactory condition required for cross-platform digital deployment, print vendors, and other partners according to assigned project’s needs.
- Focus on the customer experience, including optimizing promotional assets to drive superior customer satisfaction and give premium product placement.
- Leverage creative assets to enhance the look and feel of the website and mobile app, improving the user experience and level of interaction with guests.
- Collaborate with key Commercial members including web / social, Loyalty, Marketing, F&B Category Managers, graphic designers, and production team to execute targeted promotions and programs.
- Ensure that web and mobile content is accurate, compliant, error-free, and on-brand, and that it includes all applicable legal disclaimers.
- Analyze past performance to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure that sales strategies and technological strategies align with revenue targets and organizational goals.
- Identify and escalate challenges, problems, and progress to the assigned Level 3 supervisor and the respective Heads of the Commercial teams when needed.
- Set appropriate deadlines, monitor progress, and adjust when needed.

Professional Skills :
Education / Experience :
High school diploma or general education degree required.
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Design, Illustration, Graphic Art or equivalent work experience required.
3 years of professional work experience required.

Must possess ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. Should be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with various levels of employees, field personnel and corporate staff. Must be able to effectively present information in group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.

Computer Skills :
Computer skills must include proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom. After Effects and Premier Pro knowledge is a plus.
