Plaintiff Employment Attorney
We are seeking a plaintiffs' employment attorney with 3 years of experience.
We are a dynamic, busy, and friendly plaintiffs' employment and personal injury litigation firm.
The attorney will handle a case from inception through trial, conduct intakes for employment cases, prepare discovery requests and responses, take and defend depositions, assist with trial preparation, and interact with clients.
Required Qualifications :
- License to practice law in California
- 3 years experience working in an employment law firm
- Excellent computer skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word / Google Calendar
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Trial experience preferred
- Personal Injury experience preferred
