Regal Heights Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 172 bed skilled and sub acute nursing facility located in Hockessin, DE. We are currently seeking applicants for our full time Maintenance Assistant position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance Director in maintaining the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards
- Ensure the completion of any assigned maintenance requests.
- Must function independently, exhibit flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and families.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar environment.
- Previous Maintenance Experience Preferred.
Full time position with weekend on call rotation.
