Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Operate phone systems to assist with incoming calls and provide information as needed.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
Skills
- Strong background in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multi-line calls effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette, ensuring professional interactions at all times.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.
