The AT&T Sales Associate will be responsible for working with assigned clients to maintain regular and proactive contact with. The AT&T Sales Associate will focus on managing customer accounts to always find the best solution, answer all inquiries or questions on services, provide unmatched knowledge on products available, and coordinate feedback of customers to clients. Our company leads with personalization for each customer and business, understanding that not every interaction is going to be the same. It's our AT&T Sales Associate who makes a difference with our customers and exceeds our clients expectations.
AT&T Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with businesses to understand their needs and preferences that will allow you to guide them through our clients’ products and services, as well as any demonstrations necessary
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets directly with customers
- Conduct in-depth presentations of products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed about our offerings
- Manage customer accounts with detailed knowledge of services and products they desire
- Collaborate closely with the Management team to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Follow up on customer accounts and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term client loyalty
- Regularly report on sales achievements and customer feedback
AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior knowledge in Sales, Client Relations, Account Management, Customer Service or related is a plus
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where something new is always happening
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
