Responsibilities of the B2B Client Service Representative :
- Engage prospective enrollees in the local community, educate them about the products and services available, and assist them through the qualification and sign-up process
- Qualify potential customers to determine their eligibility for specialized products
- Drive a high level of self-generated lead activity to create a referral pipeline
- Collaborate with fellow B2B Client Service Representative and the customer service team to learn best practices and develop streamlined outreach and marketing methods
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sign-up process, as well as continuing to offer support even after enrolled in the program
- Actively contribute to a positive, engaging work environment by collaborating and maintaining professional, friendly relationships across all teams and departments
- Associates degree in business, communications, or marketing is highly preferred, but not necessary depending on prior experience
