Join Our Team as a Robotic Laser Welding Technician!
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Robotic Laser Welding Technician to join our team. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining robotic laser welding systems as well as performing manual laser welding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laser welding processes, be proficient in working with robotic equipment, and prioritize precision and quality in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate robotic laser welding systems for production and prototyping.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of laser welding robots to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor robotic welding processes to maintain quality and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary.
- Perform high-precision manual laser welding operations as required.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications to achieve desired results.
- Inspect and prepare materials for welding, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly.

- Reliable transportation and punctuality for the 6 AM - 2:30 PM shift, Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
