Your Role at a Glance
As a CNC Precision Engineering Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge manufacturing. Your mission is to expertly set up and operate diverse CNC machinery to achieve precision in turning, drilling, and milling operations in a collaborative work-cell environment, while maintaining quality standards and a safe workspace.
Responsibilities - What You'll Do
Interpret blueprints and setup documents to deliver flawless machining operations.
Create and modify CNC programs to fine-tune machine performance.
Implement precise adjustments to offset coordinates to perfect material handling and machine functionalities.
Guide and mentor junior machinists in mastering their craft.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance production efficiency.
What You Need to Succeed
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience is essential.
A minimum of five years’ experience in CNC operations, with a strong command of machining principles is crucial.
Skills & Proficiencies
High proficiency in reading technical documentation and blueprints in English.
Capability to pass a mechanical aptitude assessment for external candidates.
Solid math skills for detailed calculations.
