Key Accountabilities
- Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, setup cards, Gemba boards, and verbal as well as written instructions.
- Set up, adjust and operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Use calipers, micrometers, depth & height gauges, Sunnen gauges & plug gauges, hand tools and operator manual machines.
- Set up and / or verify preset gauges for proper calibration as required, inspect own work to ensure quality and quantity standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality records.
