General Management Summer Internship Program

Nature and Scope of Role:

Continue your journey of ongoing learning and development as a Regal Rexnord General Management Summer Internship Program! Build your capabilities while growing your experience as an intern in one of our global divisions. The General Management Summer Internship Program is a full-time 10-week program where you will have the opportunity to address key business problems through meaningful projects that support our global business. As a program participant, you will have the opportunity to engage with executive leadership and peers, develop your skillset, and learn more about our culture of 80/20 and continuous improvement. Our program is designed to provide interns with exposure to Regal Rexnord's culture and opportunities with successful intern candidates transitioning into our General Management Development Program.

As an intern, you will receive:

• Experience working with diverse, global teams to problem-solve and create meaningful solutions
• Challenging opportunities to grow, learn, and drive results
• Ongoing network opportunities with senior leaders at Regal Rexnord
• Development focused on professional and personal skills
• Opportunities to work on projects directly related to Regal Rexnord growth initiatives, turning real problems into opportunities.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Specific responsibilities vary with each role but include exposure to the following:

• Develop a broad-based understanding of our business while acquiring unique leadership skills and capabilities for Regal Rexnord
• Contribute to high-impact, visible business project that aligns with the company's strategic objectives
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to work on scoped projects, resulting in an end-of-the-summer report-out highlighting learnings, accomplishments, solutions, and recommendations.
• Learn about a culture of continuous improvement and how that drives superior shareholder and customer value

Internship focus areas:

• Product Management
• Business Development & Strategy
• Supply Chain Management
• Plant Operations

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and on a both to an MBA
• 3 years of work experience, preferably within an industrial products company
