We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to guide and manage our team of Inside Sales Specialists (ISS) at our Florence, KY or Milwaukee, WI site (HYRBRID).
This role is crucial in driving sales growth through strategic collaboration with key stakeholders, including Industrial Distributors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industrial automation sector, with a focus on driving market share, managing sales performance, and fostering talent development within the team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and direct ISS teams interacting with distributors to expand market presence.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Provide valuable feedback to leadership and execute business unit strategic plans.
- Serve as the escalation point for sales challenges and internal issues.
