Quality Engineering Intern

Position Summary

Over the course of eight weeks, the intern will learn the Quality Department's objectives and procedures while contributing to departmental operations. The intern will be responsible for daily tasks and ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• The Quality Engineer Intern will directly assist the Quality team with a wide variety of projects
• Creating and monitoring quality data systems
• Performing design engineering analysis and reviewing documentation
• Capture and document root cause analysis
• Supports Engineers in reporting on Quality Performance
• Working cross functionally with various teams to achieve quality standards

Experience and Skill Required

• Currently enrolled in a four year engineering Bachelors program
• At least two years of engineering coursework completed
• Ability to extract critical data and analyze data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, etc.)
• Team orientated with the ability to work in a team environment
• Proactive attitude
• Strong time management / organizational skills
• Effective problem solver

Expected Pay: $24.00 Per Hour
