What are the responsibilities and job description for the RBS Co-Op Rotation (Summer 2025) position at Regal Rexnord Corp?
This position is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager and production team in EHS, Continuous Improvement, Quality and other areas of the production facility.
Responsibilities:
- Create SOP's for production and Quality Control
- Work with EHS Engineer to support Safety initiatives or OSHA standards
- Assist in completing 6S audits in support with Continuous Improvement Engineer
- Work with Quality group to support ISO or ASO standards
- Create and maintain Production Database for input and reporting of daily production numbers
- Filing and recordkeeping
- Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement Audits
Qualifications:
Education, Experience and Skill Required:
- Some College (Engineering track)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Lean practices/6S/Kaizen will be helpful in this role
- Highly organized with solid time management skills
- Ability to work with little supervision
- High school math skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Computer skills - post high school
Hours worked:
8 hour shifts; 1st shift with a five day work week. Some overtime may be required in order to meet production demands
