What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regulatory Compliance Engineer - New Grad position at Regal Rexnord Corp?
We are seeking an Regulatory Compliance Engineer I to join our team in Radford, Virginia. This role is ideal for someone interested in working in a hands-on electronics lab and a team-oriented environment. The candidate will work as part of the global engineering compliance team to maintain, validate, and verify product safety in up to 1000-volt Motor / Drive systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in the certification of technical products in the field of electrical motor and drive technology.
- Collaborate with quality management, production, and other development departments.
- Support co-operation with testing institutes (UL, CSA, TUV, etc.).
- Help create and manage documents for certifications.
- Assist in checking development specifications with regard to applicable standards.
- Participate in the specifications of new products.
- Support the supervision of existing certifications.
- Provide customer support on their application and interpretation of standards.
- Perform and document tests in line with standards.

120V electronics.
