What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist - contract position at Regal Rexnord Corp?
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of top of funnel candidate attraction. This is a Part Time contract position which includes developing and implementing complex sourcing strategies across multiple verticals including Technical, Non-Technical, and Operations. You will collaborate with Talent Partners and various departments to understand their staffing needs and ensure the organization's talent attraction goals are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive talent attraction strategies to improve recruiting efficiency and quality.
- Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, talent pipelines, and drive diversity sourcing strategies.
- Interact with candidates across a variety of external channels including LinkedIn, HireEZ, Indeed, Handshake, and employee referrals.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and dedicated email drip campaigns.
- Provide detailed monthly metrics to understand talent-sourcing best practices and market trends.
