About The Role

As the Engineering Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in leading engineering initiatives within our bearings operation. Your strategic guidance will enhance productivity, lower costs, and bolster quality control efforts.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dynamic teams focused on cutting-edge engineering solutions.
• Integrate new technologies to streamline manufacturing operations, aiming for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
• Establish performance metrics, overseeing key projects that enhance product offerings.

Basic Qualifications
