Your Mission

What You'll Do

• Inspire and grow engineering teams, driving process advancements and scrapping inefficiencies.
• Embed advanced technology to refine manufacturing and decrease costs.
• Design, implement, and monitor engineering success indicators.
• Oversee and champion significant projects that align with annual business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
  
  

Required Expertise

• Technical Bachelor's in fields like Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience, demonstrating leadership and proficiency in engineering environments.
• Strong grasp of Lean methodologies, MS Office, and ERP systems.
