Position Summary
Assists in determining the operations required for fabrication and assembly of products as well as implementing cost- savings process improvements. Troubleshoots and resolves issues, estimating time requirements for operations, and preparing operation sheets. Recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications in the sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters in order to increase efficiency and cost savings. Programs CNC equipment.

Major Responsibilities
- This position is under the direction of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager or Plant Manager and includes responsibilities related to managing projects for new equipment design, development, build, improvement, and other projects.
- Duties will include project planning, budget management, scheduling, team leading, updating, communicating, status, follow-up, and project approval.
- Support aspects of manufacturing, plan new product manufacturing methods and oversee the equipment and tooling purchases.
- Associate's degree or higher
- 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Autocad, and Solidworks
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship and team-building skills
Language: Fluency in English is required.
