Job Requirements
This role is part of our production operations team responsible for manually spherical lap inner diameters to planning instructions or drawing requirements using a conventional drill press.
The ideal candidate will have ability to operate a conventional drill press per lead's instructions and make necessary machine adjustments to maintain part target size.
The job requires the ability to work in a high-paced active environment, follow verbal instruction to meet cell objectives, and communicate process information back to the lead for process improvement.

- Manually spherical lap inner diameters to planning instructions or drawing requirements
- Operate a conventional drill press per lead's instructions
- Maintain part target size by making necessary machine adjustments
- Deburr parts by breaking sharp edges on all internal and external surfaces
- Measure parts with a caliper and check threads with thread gage
