We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Plant Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing human resources leadership in talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, policies and practices, management training and development, change leadership, and associate engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a world-class talent acquisition process to attract and retain high-performing exempt and non-exempt talent.
- Collaborate with senior management to create and implement human resource policies and procedures.
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs to develop the skills and competencies of employees.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on employment law and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree preferably in Business or Human Resources and demonstrated proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
