Maintenance and repair of all mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical or electronic systems of Conventional and Automatic Casting Machines, Robots and CNC other Automated Machinery within a production environment.
The Maintenance position is responsible for performing duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems, and processes.

The Maintenance position is responsible for performing duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems, and processes.
Duties
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
- Perform mechanical and electrical skills that include mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC’s, and Ladder Logic.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns on machines, tools, and equipment.
- Perform root cause analysis, as needed, to increase serviceability and reliability of equipment to increase performance.
- Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating problems, replace or repair parts, testing, and adjusting.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
- Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Complete assigned projects as scheduled and within budget.
- Ensure successful testing of equipment to ensure proper operation after repairs.
- Create a proactive environment instead of a reactive environment.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematic, and electrical drawings as well as work orders to perform required maintenance, and services.
- Possess knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controls), Allen-Bradley, Siemens Controls, and drive components.
- Possess Knowledge of machinery, hydraulic, electrical components, and 24VDC/480VAC electrical systems.
- Display aptitude in using various hand and power tools (screwdrivers, hammers, drills etc.) and precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers)
- Maintain technical competency and remain current in technology and changes in the industry
