Regal Staffing Services is excited to announce several new opportunities for skilled Test Technicians for a manufacturing company located in the Arlington, TX 76011 area.
Test products for safety, compliance, and performance.
Analyze specific product aspects.
Compile testing reports.
Provide recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain lab equipment.
Collaborate with team members.
Update testing protocols.
Consult with senior management.
Report issues and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications required include :
A minimum of an AA degree or certificate from a technical school preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in lieu of an academic degree.
Experience
2 years of direct experience working in automated assembly involving all or some of the following processes : SMT, through hole, adhesive dispense, automated assembly, ultrasonic welding.
Hands on experience with optimizing processes and automated equipment
Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
Ability to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up atmosphere.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
